Job Description;
· Manage team of Customer service and support staff and ensure team budgets and KPI’s are met

· Manage team to ensure maintenance and growth in existing business from Clients

· team to ensure growth from new sectors with existing clients

· Manage Manage team to ensure there is daily follow up with clients and business relationship is

maintained

· Opening Jobs in Flair & updating complete details

· Opening physical Job file & updating complete details

· Handover files to OPS upon receiving pre-alerts for Imp & upon receiving container release for

Export

· Increasing the business from the existing clients & look for opportunities to Onboard new clients

· To maximize profitability by reverse rate negotiations

· Get the team to prepare booking report sheet on weekly basis and also target bookings for

upcoming weeks

· Visit clients periodically from time to time jointly with Sales to improve relationship

· Maintain regular contact with overseas and local agents and update rates and service details on

monthly basis.

· Follow up with clients for new enquiries, sourcing rates, sending quotations & follow up for

business confirmation

· Sending nomination to vendors & follow up to update clients accordingly

· Ensure that CS team Co ordinates with agents/local vendors/ internal follow ups to ensure service

provided to clients through regular updates by mail.

· Makes the CS team create at least 3 Key accounts every quarter (Customers with 20

bookings/month or Min AED 10,000 profit per month)

· Makes CS team grow key focus trade lanes.

· Gets de briefing reports every week from CS team and prepares own consolidated weekly report

accordingly.

· Making sure to collect all the necessary details/documents for new Supplier/agent registration

· Checking on rates & service possibilities with new agents from WCA/GPLN network

· Liaising with Insurance providers to facilitate cargo insurance for customers

· Coordinating with Transporters for Local/GCC road transportation requirements
