Grievance Handling
Employee Engagement Activities
Training Schedule and Awareness
Attending Employee Grievances through grievance desk
Workers absenteeism & long leave followup
Training awareness about company policy and procedure
Hostellers long leave plan to submit before 15 days
Birthday/Work Anniversary/Wedding day wishes through PAS
Conduct Committee Meetings and record maintenance
Payroll grievance desk on every Monday
Promoting employees for referral incentives and retention
Conducting Indoor and Outdoor games for hostellers to build relationship
Conduct Medical camps – Eye / Blood / Health / Dental
Celebrating Festivals / Hostel Girls local outing program
Source the new joiners thru hostellers reference
