Qualification & Experience;
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Training / L&D
Preferably MBA – HR / MSW / HR specialization
Experience: 3–5 years in Training / L&D
Budget – 50,000/ Month -CTC
Role Purpose
To design, implement, monitor and evaluate training and development initiatives to build
workforce capability, improve productivity, enhance quality, support competency
development and ensure continuous skill enhancement across all levels in the jewelry
manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
1 Training Planning & Calendar
Develop Annual Training Plan aligned with business needs, customer requirements &
audit expectations
Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) through competency gaps, PMS
outcomes & departmental requirements
Prepare & publish Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Training Calendar
Coordinate with internal and external trainers
2Competency Framework & Skill Matrix
Maintain and update Competency Matrix / Skill Matrix for all categories:
Identify skill gaps and training priorities
Support succession planning and role readiness mapping
3Training Execution & Administration
Organize induction programs for new employees
Plan technical, behavioural, quality, 5S, Kaizen & compliance trainings
Maintain attendance, training records & statutory documentation
Ensure timely communication and participation
4Training Budget & Cost Control
Prepare annual training budget in coordination with HR – Strategy.
Monitor training expenses vs approved budget
Ensure cost optimization without compromising training quality
5Evaluation & ROI Measurement
Implement Pre & Post Training Evaluation
Measure effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model / ROI metrics
Track productivity, quality improvement & behavioral change post training
Submit training ROI / effectiveness reports to management
6 Compliance & Audit Requirements
Maintain training related ISO / customer audit / compliance documentation
Support external and internal audits
Ensure regulatory and statutory training compliance (where applicable)
7Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Analyse training effectiveness trends and suggest improvements
Develop training dashboards & MIS reports
Coordinate with Production, Quality & HR team for continuous capability
development
