Job Title-Silver Refinery Operations
Designation- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager
Posting Location- Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
Reports To Head – Refinery
Experience- 10–15 years’ experience in silver or precious metals refining, including
hands-on experience with electrolytic processes.
Budget- 9,00,000 to 12,00,000 Per Annum
Communication Level Tamil / English / Hindi (Preferred)
Qualification Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrolytic Cell Setup
Coordinate with the Project team and suppliers for setting up silver electrolytic cells.
Ensure proper installation, calibration, and readiness for production.
2. Silver Refining Operations
Operate silver refining processes by electrolysis on a day-to-day basis.
Produce high-purity silver (9999 good delivery standard) consistently.
3. Downstream Silver Product Manufacturing
Utilize refined silver to produce grains, casted, and minted products as per production requirements.
4. Operational Management
Manage the entire silver refining operation including process losses, cost control, and team performance.
Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements where necessary.
5. Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliances and accreditation requirements relevant to silver refining.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
6. Performance Management
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for self and the team.
Coach and guide team members to achieve operational and performance targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of silver refining processes, electrolytic cell operation, and downstream product manufacturing.
* Experience in operational and team management, including cost and loss control.
* Understanding of compliance, quality standards, and accreditation requirements in precious metals refining.
* Ability to monitor KPIs and KRAs effectively.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
