Position: Accounts Executive(Jewellery manufacturers in the world)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience:2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent).
Work Details:Shift: General Shift
Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday Week Off)

Salary: AED 2800 to 3200 (based on experience)

Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive
for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in
handling foreign currency transactions, and a sound understanding of VAT and general accounting
principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliation.
• Handle Forex currency conversions from INR to AED and maintain accurate exchange records.
• Prepare and maintain provision entries for expenses and prepaid expense schedules.
• Ensure accurate VAT calculation and filing as per UAE regulations.
• Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience in journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience in forex transactions (INR ↔ AED).
• Good understanding of provision and prepaid expenses.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
