Responsibilities
An AGM is a senior-level position responsible for leading a large team of sales professionals across a designated region.
This role involves overseeing the sales strategy, managing sales operations, and ensuring revenue growth in the assigned
region.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies:
He is responsible for developing and implementing sales
strategies that align with the overall business objectives and goals of the company. This involves analyzing market
trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Managing and leading sales teams:
He manages and leads a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
and revenue goals. This includes providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the sales team members to
improve their performance.
• Managing sales operations:
He oversees all aspects of sales operations in the region, including lead generation,
customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers
and clients in the region to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Analyzing and reporting sales performance:
Analyzes sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide
recommendations to senior management.
• Create reports on sales performance, sales trends, and market conditions to support decision-making.
• Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Customer Relationship Management Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

operations to ensure the alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives
