Salary package can be fixed based on current drawings and it is flexible up to 7LPA for the potential candidate
Job Description;
As this role involves handling HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients,candidates should meet the following requirements:
Relevant experience in field sales / relationship management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional grooming and presentable appearance,suitable for premium client interactions
Ability to build trust, manage long-term relationships, and ensure a high standard of customer service
•Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services
•Acquire new customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment portfolios including Lockers and Deposits
•Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.
•Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients
•Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.
•Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
•Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.
•Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
•Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

•A team player with a customer-centric approach
•Basic Selling Skills
•Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles
•Local language proficiency and mobility.
