Qualification ;Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience :3-5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or product development with in the lingerie or apparel industry
Salary ;40k to 50k per month(Negotiable for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sourcing framework that enhances the supply chain competitive advantage.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiency across the sourcing process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
Monitor and review vendor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to uphold company standards and reduce risks.
Continuously explore innovative sourcing solutions to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
Exceptional skills in negotiation, leveraging market understanding to secure costeffective procurement deals.
Strong analytical skills with a robust capability in conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities and strategies
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of trends in the lingerie market and understanding of consumer preferences in lingerie and intimate apparel.
Ability to develop and maintain productive vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with sourcing/merchandising software is a plus.
Candidate should have predominantly knits experience.
