Roles and Responsibility;
Windows Server 2003/2008/ R2/2012/2016/2019/2025 deployment and support with core role of Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, GPO
Active directory service user management and folder sharing configuration with credential of ADS users
Lenovo T550 Blade server and tower server hardware installation and support along with RAID configuration
Windows 7 / Windows 10 Installation and support to user in domain environment
Microsoft office 365 email account creation & email configure, data migration
Endpoint security antivirus installations and support Seqrite Endpoint security with server console management, monitoring and update to client.
Good knowledge & experience in ERP implementation
Tally ERP server installation support and client software configuration, troubleshooting of login and license issues
NAS storage configuring user-based folder access with login credential and to create backup schedule daily, weekly, monthly based on requirement.
SQL server 2008/2012/2016 installation and support, Data backup and restore, network, login issue fixing
Domain registration and sub domain adding, email creation and removing in cPanel with client software Microsoft outlook email configure support
Hikvision \ Dhaua CCTV Surveillance system NVR /DVR deployment and support
