Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the industrial safety sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience selling AI or technology-driven safety solutions,
and a passion for improving workplace safety through innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
● Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, logistics, etc.).
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, safety managers, operations leaders, and IT stakeholders.
● Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal pitches tailored to client needs.
● Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
● Manage and track sales pipeline through CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting industrial safety.
● Drive lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email marketing, and targeted online ads.
● Optimize the company’s online presence to attract decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring marketing spend translates into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
● Align closely with the sales pipeline to ensure digital activities directly support sales conversion goals.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
● 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, industrial technology, or safety systems.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong understanding of industrial operations and safety challenges.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO CRM) and sales tools.
