Position: Senior Sourcing Analyst
Location: Coimbatore (On-site only)
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sourcing & procurement experience
Category Experience Required:Indirect procurement categories such as IT, Professional Services, Capex/MRO, Marketing, Logistics, Construction, and Facilities
Educational Qualification: Any UG/PG (MBA preferred)
Shift Timings: Night shift (Candidates should be flexible for any shift)

As Senior Sourcing Analyst in the Knowledge Services team,youwillbe responsible to facilitate and execute End-To-End projects covering variousactivities
acrossProcurement&Sourcing.Also,executecomplex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include translating business
requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auct

•Leadandexecutestandardizedprocurement&sourcingend-to- end processes for assigned categories/sub-categories. Able to understand Category Taxonomy and experience in managing deliverables in Direct and Indirect categories.
•Facilitate & able to research trends in the industry as well as “Bestpractices,processdataeffectivelyforbenchmarkanalysis, supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic changes
•Workindependentlyandmanageday-to-day activitiesaround the project including discrepancies/deliveries, etc.
•Conductperiodicsupplierevaluationsandimplementcorrective actions when necessary. Prepare supplier risk assessment reports and should be able to do industry benchmarking and market intelligence reports independently
•Develop and manage the RFx process across categories, including the preparation and distribution of RFIs (Request for Information),RFPs(RequestforProposals),andRFQs(Request for Quotations).
•Leadthe supplier evaluation process, including conducting supplier assessments, evaluating scorecard/proposals, and analyzing supplier capabilities and make recommendations basedondefinedcriteria,negotiatecontractswithnewvendor and manage supplier relationships.
•SupportingtheLeadsandCategoryManagertoexecutethe projects, drive continuous improvement
•Wellversewithspendanalysis, Spot Buy,Buydesk,TailSpend Management, PR-PO processing & approvals
•ActivelysupportandengageinSupplier Relationship
Management, Supplier Risk Assessment, Contract Renewals, Contract Migration & Facilitation, Vendor Onboarding, Service Deskqueries&tasksandComplianceAudit.Workscloselywith the contracts team during contract red lining and drafting the contract
•Translatebusinessrequirementsintoclearandcomprehensive statements of work (SOW). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment between business needs and sourcing strategies
•Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess supplier performance,identifycost-savingopportunities,andtrackkey performanceindicators(KPIs).Generatereportsandpresent findings to management and stakeholders
•Negotiatefavorablecontracttermsandconditionswithsuppliers, consideringfactorssuchaspricing,quality,delivery,andservice level agreements. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement appropriate negotiation strategies.
•Manageinternalcustomerrelationships by leadingcross functionalsub-categoryteams,developingdeepcategory knowledge and to aggressively track and improve noncompliance with preferred supplier(s)
•Leadauctionstodrivecompetitivebiddingandachieveoptimal pricing and terms.Monitor auctionprogress, communicate with participating suppliers, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
