Experience :2 to 5 yrs of Experience
Salary ;25K TO 35K (Negotiable for the right candidate)(35-40Gross PM)
Job Description;
1. Preparing Technical BOM with our products and comply the same with
requirement.
2. Sending the BOM to the factories for the order received.
3. Site Survey.
Installation & Service :
1. Installation of the system supplied.
2. Attending service calls
3. Coordinate with supply team for timely delivery of materials for
projects/installations.
Periodicity of MIS Report / Statements Submission to various levels :
1. Daily MIS on Project installation and on service calls.
2. Forwarding the Project Voucher from Engineers across the Regions.
3. Request for Fund request for Projects installation.
4. Sending BOM to the factories for the orders received.
Data collection from centers, other departments, customer, government
bodies :
1. Data collections from the Engineers about the installation status.
2. Requesting engineers to submit the Voucher for the advance
received.
3. Updating the Customers with the clarification about the system
working operation.
4. Co – ordination with the Accounts department for Fund request
status of Project installation.
Submission of statements /files to higher authorities/ government
bodies after due approvals :
1. Fund request for Projects installations.
2. Project installation vouchers after approval.
